About Ivy
What is Ivy At Yours?
Ivy lets a local business reserve a page name, like yourname.ivyatyours.com, and later set up a
free page that AI assistants and agents can read. It also has a free checker that tests
whether a website publishes information for AI agents.
Is it free?
Yes, Ivy is free today. It's in early access, so features may change and some aren't available yet.
Does Ivy take bookings or payments?
No. Ivy doesn't take bookings or payments today. Your free page tells customers and AI assistants how to book you, for example by WhatsApp or Instagram DM, and they book with you directly.
Do I need a website?
No. You can claim a name without one. If you have a website or an Instagram page, you can add the link later, but you don't have to.
Will AI assistants send me customers?
We can't promise that. Each AI assistant decides for itself what to read and recommend, and we don't control them. Ivy is free and provided "as is", with no guarantees, to the extent the law allows.
Your page
When will my page go live?
If and when your page is ready, we'll message you by WhatsApp or email, whichever you gave us. Your page goes live only after you confirm it. Nothing is published until you say so. If your page hasn't gone live within 18 months of signing up, we delete your details.
Do I own my page name?
No. Reserving a name lets you use it on Ivy while you follow our Terms. You can't sell or transfer it. Names are first come, first served, and don't use a name you have no right to, such as another business's name or trademark. We may refuse, reassign or remove a name, for example after a trademark complaint.
Who can sign up?
You must be at least 18. If you sign up for a business, you're confirming you're allowed to act for it.
How do I change my details?
After you claim a name, you get a private link. Use it to add or change your services, prices and service area. Keep it safe and don't share it: for now it's the only way to edit your page. To change your business name or contact details, email hello@ivyatyours.com.
How do I delete my page?
Open your private link and choose Delete my page and details. Your details are removed straight away, and any copies in our backups are gone within 30 days. We keep only the page name itself, not linked to you, so nobody else can take it. Lost your link? Email hello@ivyatyours.com. We may need to confirm it's you.
Your data
What do you collect?
What you type into the form: your business name, the name you reserve, what you do, your city and country, and your WhatsApp number or email. Anything else, like services and prices, is optional. We also keep a record of your consent and the country your connection came from. We work out your rough location from your connection to suggest names and stop abuse, but we don't store your IP address with your signup.
Will you message me?
Yes, by WhatsApp or email. To claim a name you tick a box agreeing that we can message you when your page is ready to go live and about customer requests near you. You need to tick it to claim a name. You can stop messages at any time using the link in any message, or by emailing us. We may still send messages needed to run your page, like security notices.
Do you sell my data?
No. We don't sell your personal data or share it for advertising. We share it only with Cloudflare, which runs Ivy, and, once we start passing on customer requests, with affiliated service marketplaces run by the same owner, only as needed to send you those requests.
Where is my data stored?
With Cloudflare, in the European Union. Our service providers may access it from other countries, including the United States and Canada. See the Privacy Notice for how long we keep it and who can access it.
Why is there no cookie banner?
Ivy itself sets no cookies. Cloudflare's security and bot checks may use ones that are strictly necessary. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, so there's nothing to ask you about.
What are my rights?
Wherever you are, you can ask to see, correct, move or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@ivyatyours.com. The Privacy Notice has the full list.
